About Us
A little about me:
I am originally from a small farm town in Central California. After college and a short career with the airlines (where I met my husband) I returned to the classroom to pursue what I thought was my dream job, that is until I was introduced to the wedding and event industry. I enjoy traveling, eating yummy food and spending time with my husband and our 9 year old daughter.
As a full time teacher for six years now, organizing and coordinating has always been second nature for me. I have been working in the wedding industry on the side for a few years now and have had the honor of assisting, coordinating, and working in many different parts of the industry. From floral to coordinating, to venue rep I have been apart of it all.
Events have always been a passion of mine and I loved bringing joy to those I love. I enjoyed planning, designing and coordinating my own wedding, friend's weddings and other events so much that I finally decided to share what I love to do with others.
I am so excited to meet and work with you to help bring your event dreams to life!

Full Planning
For the Bride who just got engaged and wants to leave all the details of planning to us. This package includes partial planning +:

Partial Planning
For the Bride who knows what she wants, but isn't sure how to piece it all together. This package includes Month of coordination +:

Rehearsal the day prior to wedding

1 venue walkthrough

Main point of contact for vendors

Review of vendor contracts + services

Set-up and Tear down of general decor items Assistance in booking 2-3 vendors of couples choosing

Month of Coordination
For the Bride who has all the planning done and just needs someone to ensure her big day runs smoothly. This package includes:

Timeline + Floor plan creation

Rehearsal the day of

1 venue walkthrough if it is one I have not been to Assistance with Set-up (lighting candles, setting out welcome table items and signage, memorial table, tables numbers, seat cards in ceremony space.

Assistance with Tear down (packing gifts and personal items and setting them near the door)

Vendor coordination and communication 4-6 weeks prior to Wedding Day

Access to Recommended Vendor List

1 Assistant for 100 guests or less, 2 for 101 guests or more
*Can add on set up and tear down of decor for additional cost of $850
